USA Domestic Shipping

• Most orders ship THE SAME DAY as ordering.



• If your package does ship within 24 hours, you will get an email explaining why not... and an estimate of how long it will take. You will updated as to the status of your order every 72 hours until shipping time.



• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your item ships.



• If time is critical to you, please contact us before ordering. Shipping costs are estimated for a 2 pound package. We reccomend UPS 3-Day Select for most orders as the best mix of price and performance. We have highlighted this option in yellow for your convenience.



• OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is a shipping type not a guarantee of shipping time. Please call to make sure of availability if this concerns you.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Basic UPS service to these areas is Second Day Air. Base Rate is $15.00, plus $2.00 per pound over 2 pounds.

Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands
For UPS service these territories are classed as international shipments, and are listed in the International rates. United States Postal Service classifies these areas as domestic and small value orders may be sent USPS Priority Mail. EMS offers 2-day delivery (not guaranteed), insurance, and some tracking service.

International Shipping

• Almost one third of our orders are now shipped outside the USA

• In order to best serve our international customers better, we now ship all software without a box in an envelope.



• Unless otherwise specified, the best shipping rate will automatically be chosen for you. If you make arrangements with us prior, you can have a choice between US Post Office and UPS rates. If the product is very important or expensive, we of course reccomend UPS. We will automatically send UPS and insure packages over $700 unless otherwise specified.



• Please contact us if you have any questions, we want you to buy from us!



• A contact telephone number is required for all shipments outside the USA.

Important Notes: All international shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. These taxes are in addition to what you pay us for the product and shipping. The average price of these duties is US $15.00. This fee may be collected by your customs office or by the UPS broker in your country. Sometimes no fee is required at all. We do not receive any benefit from these taxes, nor can we predict or alter the amount charged by local customs officers. All local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you have concerns regarding duties please contact your local customs office.

Note: To serve you best we highly suggest using UPS International Express service for all international orders. This is an extremely fast, trackable, and insured shipping. Destination times are 3 days to all major countries, but because customs can cause delays we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date for foreign shipments. If ordering large shipments (over 5 kg) this option can be cheaper than economy. Always email us if shipping is a concern.

Shipments to PO Boxes by UPS is possible in some countries, but most orders to PO Boxes will be shipped by EMS International, a service of United States Postal Service. Air Parcel Post is available only for small value shipments. It takes at least 7 to 10 days and is not traceable. We do not accept responsability for orders lost or stolen by international Post Office. If this concerns you, then we suggest shipping with UPS.
