We try our best to ensure that customers are happy with their purchases. We
sell only the highest quality products and services available, and we have our
own private support forums to help users
get the most from their purchases after the sale. We are a true value added
reseller (VAR). We do not abandon our customers after the sale.
Newly Passed Federal Legislation mandates that we cannot accept
returns of certain items, including:
In the unlikely event of defective merchandise, you should call customer service
toll free at 877-772-2456, 8AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. Any item found
to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge, shipping or otherwise,
to our customers for up to 30 days after delivery.
If a product is shipped in error, it will be returned to us at OUR expense.
Although this is rare, it does happen occasionally. We will place a call-tag
for the item and UPS will pick it up and bring it back to our warehouse. We
will always ship you the correct item that you ordered as quickly as possible.
Special orders, hardware, imported items, and promotions such as closeouts
are not refundable. This includes but is not limited to Atlas,
and localized software such as Microsoft Windows. All shipments outside North
America are non-refundable.
